Stacking the Shelves #1

Whew this is my first ever Stacking the Shelves! I’d seen it on many blogs but never thought much of it. Thanks to Shirley at Shiirleyy’s Bookshelf for encouraging me to do this J

Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga’s Reviews and every week bloggers post about books they’ve added to their bookshelves! This includes books bought through a physical store, online store, eBooks, books borrowed from the library/a friend and gifts.

I’ll be doing my Stacking the Shelves on Sundays (ignore the fact that it’s 12am Monday because I actually started writing this on Sunday LOL) as it feels like a nice end to the week by showing what new books I have! My books will pretty much all be bought from a physical store, online or eBook (mainly the former two). I used to post about new books I got in a huge blog post after I’d accumulated heaps of books but I guess it’s time to get organised!

It seems fitting that I’m doing my first Stacking the Shelves just as 2013 hit c;

For the week ending 13th January 2013, my bank account gave to me:

I probably won’t get around to a few of these for a while as my tbr pile is HUGE. If I had done Stacking the Shelves last year, it would be obvious how many books I’ve bought and still haven’t read!

Although… TtEN has already been read and reviewed; it couldn’t be helped!!!

  1. Awesome books! I wasn't a fan of Level 2 but I hope you enjoy that one. It was quite unique. As for the other books you got, I definitely can't wait to read Through the Ever Night! Sounds good.

  2. Nice selection of books. Speechless and Under the Never Sky are both somewhere on my TBR mountain. There are just too many good books available that I can't resist buying them but it takes longer to read them than buy them. I keep getting further and further behind! My new books posts are at Ms. Martin Teaches Media and Inside of a Dog. Please stop by if you get a chance. Happy reading!

  6. OMG. JAZ. THE BOOOOOOOOKS ♥

    I'm kind of jealous you've READ TtEN and I'm STILL writing my Unravel Me review, but... sdfjfgsjafg. I'm so excited you loved it so much.

    AND OMG. SPEECHLESS! Seriously, I love Hannah like WHOA. Saving June is one of my favorite books of ALL TIME (it gets better the more you read ;D) and Speechless. Speechless is OMG. It was bizarre. I was reading it thinking IHateChelseaIHateChelseaIHateChelsea until I realised, quite suddenly, that I didn't.

    I hope you love it at as much as I did! ♥

  13. Jaz!!!! So many fabulous blogs - my jaw literally dropped at the awesomeness XD Veronica Rossi's books - OMG, I still need to read the first, I'm such a hopeless person... everyone loves those books and I'm like, 'Nope, haven't read them...' while cowering in fear of being reprimanded for not picking them up. Something Like Normal - WANT WANT WANT... And Level 2 - that's the book that's written by a book blogger, right? And yay for Speechless and Confessions of an Angry Girl <3 They are both in my TBR pile... wait... we could do a read-along for one of these books, or both? (Only if you could handle my fan-girling and constant gushing - I've heard they're both amazing reads!)

    Fantastic haul, Jaz <3 Enjoy them ALL!

      YES SLN! I've heard so many great things about it so I hope I like it :D

      Yeah Level 2 is written by a book blogger and I've heard mixed things about it but the concept is good.

      YES LET'S DO A READ-ALONG! THAT SOUNDS SO COOL. But you'll have to bear with my snail pace as I'm gonna be extremely busy from next week onwards ;x
